Data Backup & Recovery (Please Read)

STOP USING THE DEVICE IMMEDIATELY, if you have lost, missing or deleted data on your storage device. Further use of your storage device greatly raises the possibility of the data being corrupted or over written making the recovery process more difficult and potentially impossible.

Your data is important, your data is yours.

As the risk of sensitive data breaches and theft continues to climb, you will never have to worry about that possibility at Computer Compliance. To keep you data safe, data backup/recovery is processed with offline devices and is never stored or retained in the cloud. Computer Compliance L.L.C. will never sell or use your data in anyway without your consent and knowledge. After service is rendered and data has been returned to the client, all of your data will be deleted/removed from the storage and possession of Computer Compliance L.L.C.

Data Backups

Data Backup from Storage Device or Computer

Backing up your data from one working storage device (PATA/SATA/NVMe/SD Card/Flash USB) or one PC to another. Client will be required to provide a storage device equal or less than the data being recovered to transfer recovered data to, or one can be provided at an additional charge. *Certain restrictions apply.

Data Backup from CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays or Floppy Disks

Backing up or copying a working CDs, DVDs ,Blu-rays or floppy disks to another storage device. Client will be required to provide a storage device equal or less than the data being recovered to transfer recovered data to, or one can be provided at an additional charge. *Certain restrictions apply.

Data Recovery

Data Recovery from Storage Devices

As long as your storage device is still detected and mountable, I will attempt to locate and recover your lost files from one hard drive. Deleted, lost, or corrupted files may be recovered from NVME SSDs, hard drives (HDD), solid state drives (SSD), Secure Digital cards (SD cards). Client will be required to provide a storage device equal or less than the data being recovered to transfer recovered data to, or one can be provided at an additional charge. If data cannot be recovered you will not be charged for the service. *Certain restrictions apply.

Data Recovery from CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and floppy disks

I will attempt to locate and recover your lost files. Deleted, lost, or corrupted files may be recovered from CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and floppy disks. BIOS Recovery

BIOS/UEFI Update

Includes the updating of your functional motherboard or laptop BIOS. Usually to add support and fixes for new CPU’s and functionality. BIOS files will be provided. *Certain restrictions apply

Motherboard BIOS/UEFI Recovery

Includes the recovery of your corrupted motherboard or laptop BIOS with motherboard recovery utilities or eeprom flasher. BIOS files will be provided. If your hardware BIOS cannot be recovered you will not be charged for the service. *Certain restrictions apply
